Ocean70, a full service marketing and design agency based in Falkirk, engaged with 2kt when it was looking to increase growth and profitability.
A chance meeting between owner, Alex Stewart, and 2kt Business Development Executive, Liam Conway, provided the perfect opportunity to identify how 2kt could help take the business forward.
The process was simple. A follow-up meeting and discussions enabled Alex to see how 2kt partner, Stevenson College Edinburgh, could directly assist him with his business and aspirations. The resulting brief was to work with Alex to design and implement a business strategy for the company.
A business plan was developed which incorporated a financial plan, focusing on the pricing and quality of Ocean70’s products, and a marketing plan. As a result of the project Ocean70 has secured new business opportunities and improved customer service.
