Crummock Scotland Ltd is a construction company based in Bonnyrigg, offering a wide range of construction related services including civil engineering – roads, foundations, reinforced concrete, footpaths, drainage, streetscape and road surfacing.
In order to take their business forward, Crummock Scotland Ltd identified it was vital they improved their pre-qualification process to enable them to get onto more tender lists and increase potential work opportunities.
2kt has worked with Crummock Scotland Ltd to develop business methods to strengthen their pre-qualification tender processes, allowing them to be more competitive. The project was also awarded 2kt innovation funding to partially underwrite the cost of delivery.

As a result of the project, Crummock Scotland Ltd are now developing a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) application to further develop their pre-qualification processes and marketing strategy, with a view to identifying new clients and diversifying into new markets.
